I want to change, but why is it so hard to motivate myself to go to the gym?

I tried to exercise but I could only run for a minute and jump rope for a minute before I was dying.
Is it bad? At least I’m trying, right?

My current clothing style is a combination of “shit I’m late”, “shit it’s cold”, with just a hint of “I’m too lazy to look socially acceptable for you losers”.
